A name, place, or other detail entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Rutherford County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms control its collection and use after submission.

If you send an email or use an available contact form, we retain the information needed to read and answer your message. We do not share the message outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement compels disclosure.
