For an Adult Detention Center release or transfer record, contact the Rutherford County Sheriff at 940 New Salem Highway, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, or call 615-898-7777. The Sheriff lobby is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Its current public-record form is submitted to recordsrequest@rcsotn.org with valid identification as directed. For a Correctional Work Center movement or sentence-completion record, call 615-898-7847 or use 1720 South Church Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. The CWC lobby is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a closure from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday and Sunday.

- For one person’s county release or transfer, start with the home page for the complete agency search and Sheriff request steps.
- For county probation, call Rutherford County Probation and Recovery Services at 615-849-5720 and press 0. For state felony parole or probation, use TDOC FOIL and District 50 at 615-898-8030.
- For a recent time-window request when no Sheriff feed exists, use 24-Hour Releases and state the exact dates and times in writing.
